Cliff Daniels, President, CEO
Cliff started his insurance career with Hartford in 1973 as a multi line-adjuster. He joined the Gulf Insurance Group in 1976 and was promoted to Regional Vice President in 1985, where he remained throughout the merger with Travelers. He joined Lockton Risk Services in 1996 as Vice President of Underwriting and Sales for national programs. In 2000, he joined the Dodson Insurance Group, leading an initiative to produce fee revenue through fronted and reinsured programs. He has a BA Degree in Sociology from the University of Missouri at Kansas City and has obtained the Chartered Property & Casualty Underwriting (CPCU) and Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designations.

Bill Tyer, Senior Vice President, Underwriting
Bill started his career with the Hartford Insurance Group and spent time with the Chubb companies as a casualty underwriter. He has specialized in automobile related risks for Managing General Agencies. He was co-owner of the Interstate Insurance Agency, which was purchased by the Brooke Companies in 2000. Bill has recently assumed the duties of underwriting manager, responsible for the underwriting in all of the Davidson-Babcock offices. Bill has a BS degree in Economics from the University of Missouri at Columbia and has taken several IIA courses.
Kimberly S. Despard, Underwriter
Kim joined Davidson-Babcock in 1997 as an underwriting assistant and worked her way into an underwriting position. Kim handles both binding authority and brokerage business and has developed a good understanding of the underwriting role.
Connie Carrell, Underwriter
Connie started her insurance career as a commercial auto underwriter for the New Hampshire Insurance Company. She handled auto and garage accounts. She was also an account manager for Livestock Ins. Service where she managed the marketing of commercial auto, and package policies. Prior to joining Davidson-Babcock Connie was a commercial lines underwriter for Midwestern General Agency, where she handled binding authorities and brokerage accounts for all lines of business.
Nancy Langhoff, Underwriter
Nancy comes to Davidson-Babcock from Media-Professional where she was an E&O underwriter and compliance specialist. Her insurance career includes underwriting assignments at CNA, Hartford, Ohio Casualty and Meridian Mutual. She has handled all lines of business, but recently has specialized in Errors and Omissions. Nancy has completed eight parts of the CPCU program.
Karrie McCampbell, Underwriter
Upon graduation from Kansas University with a degree in Sports Science, Karrie joined Davidson-Babcock as an underwriter assistant in 2004. After getting her feet on the ground as an underwriter assistant she started handling the personal lines book of business for the agency. She has successfully passed three parts of the CIC curriculum and will continue towards that designation. She has been promoted to Underwriter and is handling all lines of business.
Jeannie Castaldo – Underwriter
Jeanne started her insurance career with MutualAid eXchange in 2002 as an underwriter assistant. She joined Davidson-Babcock in 2004 and an Underwriting Assistant handling all lines of business to include garage and business auto. She was promoted to Underwriter in 2008 and has her own book of business. She graduated Framingham State College in Framingham MA in 1989, and has completed her CISR designation. She is currently working on her CIC designation.

Kim Liermann, Manager/Underwriter Omaha, NE
Kim began her insurance career in 1984 at Omaha Property & Casualty Company. She worked her way into a CSR position with marketing responsibilities. In 1997 she joined Associated Underwriters where as a Marketing Representative with underwriting responsibilities. She joined Davidson-Babcock in 1998 and as a commercial lines underwriter and is currently manager of the Omaha Branch office with responsibility for commercial and personal lines underwriting. She has completed her CISR designation and INS 21, 22, & 23. She is currently enrolled in the CIC program.
Bill McClelland, Underwriter, Omaha, NE
Bill started his career with the Gulf Insurance Company as an underwriter and has had experience with national and regional insurance companies as well as Managing General Agencies. He has recently worked for Empire Fire and Marine as an underwriter and brings much talent to the underwriting position at Davidson-Babcock. Bill is a graduate of North Texas University and has obtained the Accredited Advisor in Insurance (AAI) designation as well as the Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation.
David C. Berg , Underwriter, Omaha, NE
David began his insurance career in 1981 in Omaha, with a major stock company. In his career, he has experienced opportunities in work with E & S clients both as a company underwriter and with a major Midwest reinsurance carrier. In addition, he has held the pen for a national direct writer that specialized in transportation. David is a seasoned insurance veteran with local and national E & S and standard lines business experience.
Kristin Gochenour, Associate Underwriter, Omaha, NE
Kristin started her insurance career in 2002 as an assistant to an independent agent, handling all clerical and daily office procedures along with commercial and personal lines quoting. In 2005, she joined the Davidson-Babcock team taking on the personal line book of business and claims. In addition to her duties, Kristin now handles all Builders Risks and Vacant Properties for the Omaha office.

Cassie Linaweaver, Claims Specialist
Cassie comes to Davidson-Babcock from Ward NA, where she was handling claims valued between $100,000 and $250,000. She was heavily involved in litigated claims. Cassie started her insurance career at American Family and moved to CNA where she was a Sr. Claims specialist for commercial claims. Cassie has a BS degree from Kansas State University. Cassie will be handling the London claims.
Marketing
Dan Walker, Marketing Manager
Dan started his career as a retail agent and has held a variety of positions in marketing and product development in both wholesale and company environments. He most recently worked for Rockhill General Agency covering Nebraska and Iowa. He has a BBA Degree in Marketing from Texas State University at San Marcos and has obtained the Chartered Property & Casualty Underwriting (CPCU) and Associate in Management (AIM) designations.
Bob Harris, Marketing Representative, W. MO & KS
Bob started his career in the Florida and moved to Kansas in 1988. He has over 35 years of experience in Sales Production and Sales Management in both personal and commercial lines, including positions with Allstate, Hartford, CNA and Gateway Insurance Company. In addition, during the past 5 years, he has worked as a professional trainer conducting more than 300 seminars on subjects including Customer Service, Performance Management and Sales Skills.
